S.S.D.Kanya Degree College,
is situated at Dibai,Galibpur Road, Bulandshahr, near the eye hospital.
It is ideally located with the Railway Station just 3 km away and some of the major towns like Aligarh, Bulandshahar within a 50 km radius. Delhi, Meerut
and Barielly are barely 125 kms away.
It was founded as a private institution and run as a prestigious and premier college to impart higher
education to women. S.S.D. Kanya Degree College is affiliated to Chaudhry Charan Singh University, which is one of the
largest Universities in the country, and is recognized by the University Grants Commission, Govt. of India.
S.S.D. Kanya Degree College is committed to an excellence not only academically but to an intellectual growth of
self-awareness leading to our students being more aware of their identity as women. Very mordern laboratories
for Geography, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Home Science are already in place. A well stocked library
with the latest books and periodicals for all the courses covered by us are available for the students to consult.
The college is a educational day institution ,situated in an area of approximateky 2600
square metres , with approximately 600 students on its rolls, is considered among the leading
colleges dedicated to the development of women. It is not just an academic institution but believes in balancing out
studies with development in sports by offering exclusive courts for Badminton, Basket Ball, Volley Ball. Coupled with this we have several
indoor games as well.
It has some very distinguished members on its faculty who have made it their life to serve and impart their own high
standards to their students.
